Reintegration Program offers:
Family Reintegration
The Family Reintegration Program, offered in partnership with Peel Children’s Aid Society, is designed to support the successful transition of Black, African, and Caribbean children and youth out of care and back into their homes, extended family networks, or communities. The program also plays a critical role in stabilizing youth who are at risk of being removed or displaced from their current homes.
