As the Executive Director of Free For All Community Service, I feel compelled to address a matter of utmost importance: anti-Black racism.
In recent times, we have witnessed an alarming rise in incidents of discrimination, prejudice, and injustice directed towards Black individuals and communities. This systemic issue not only undermines the fundamental values of equality and justice but also perpetuates harm and suffering.
At Free For All Community Service, we stand firmly against all forms of racism and discrimination. We believe in the inherent dignity and worth of every individual, regardless of their race, ethnicity, or background. We recognize the profound impact that systemic racism has on the lives of Black individuals and communities, and we are committed to taking concrete actions to address and combat it.
We acknowledge that words alone are not enough. We must actively work towards dismantling systems of oppression, advocating for policy reforms, and promoting equity and inclusion in all aspects of our work. This includes providing support, resources, and advocacy for Black individuals and communities who have been disproportionately affected by systemic racism.
We are committed to fostering a community where everyone feels safe, valued, and respected. We invite you to join us in this important work, as we strive to create a more just and equitable society for all.
